This Tour will take you to step into the real local spirit way of living and what is best than biking along the coast and taking a break at a great «Chiringuito» beach bar so as the locals do? 

From the starting point we will ride direction Port Vell.

afterwards the bike tour will take direction along the 5 km coast and with the sensation of the breeze of the coast in our faces we will enjoy the seven Barcelona beaches.

 As further we bike we will see less tourist faces and more locals faces.

 As Olimpic volunteer back in Barcelona in 1992 at the Olimpic Port I will let you  know the evolution of the city from the industrial pass till Olimpic games and Nowadays.

 At the Forum Port we will observe a great panoramic of  the city.

 Once we cross the Delta river Besós means goodbye Barcelona and welcome  the III century city of Badalona (Baetulo in the roman times) ride along the marina and its popular pier with his famous Monkey!

What scenary views from here! 

 Badalona has its own City Hall, shopping street «Carrer del Mar», Rambla ( main street) as well as «Dalt Vila» a medieval village in the middle of a big city.

 We will take the pleasure of biking along the sandy Badalona beaches till next neighbouring beautiful town called Montgat.

 The best is yet to come because what is better than having a break and going to a «Chiringuito» (local name for a beach bar, directly in the sand).  Our food will be served: «Paella» or  2 Tapas (national dishes) + 1 drink.
